GME Limited Warranty against defects
This limited warranty against defects is given by GME US Inc., a Wyoming corporation with an address at Union Terrace 12596 West Bayaud Avenue, Lakewood, CO, 80228 (We, us, our or GME).
Our contact details are set out below. This warranty statement only applies to GME products purchased in the United States and only to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”) from GME or an authorized reseller of GME products. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

- Consumer limited warrantees
This limited warranty gives you specific rights with respect to GME products you have purchased in the United States. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state, as well as through certain retailers. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your state or locality.
OTHER THAN AS INCLUDED HERE, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE, WE EXCLUDE AND DISCLAIM ALL OTHER CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY REMEDY OR OTHERWISE.
- Warranty against defects
2.1 We warrant our goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period (see warranty table) from the date of original sale (or another period we agree to in writing). Subject to the terms, conditions and requirements set forth below, including with respect to our procedures for making a qualifying warranty claim, we will at our option, either repair or replace goods which we are satisfied are defective. We warrant any replacement parts for the remainder of the period of warranty for the goods into which they are incorporated.
2.2 To the extent permitted by law, our sole liability for breach of a condition, warranty or other obligation implied by law is limited
(a) in the case of goods we supply, to any one of the following as we decide –
(i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(ii) the repair of the goods;
(iii) the cost of repairing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
(b) in the case of services we supply, to any one of the following as we decide –
(i) the supplying of the services again;
(ii) the cost of having the services supplied again.
2.3 For repairs outside the warranty period made by an authorized GME representative, we warrant our repairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three months from the date of the original repair. We agree to re-repair or replace (at our option) any materials or workmanship which we are satisfied are defective.
2.4 We will investigate any complaint regarding our services made properly and in good faith. If we are satisfied that the complaint is justified, and as our sole liability to you under this warranty (to the extent permitted at law), we agree to supply those services again at no extra charge to you.
2.5 To make a warranty claim you must before the end of the applicable warranty period (see warranty table), at your own cost, return the goods you allege are defective.

A customer support team member will troubleshoot and validate if your product is faulty. If so, they will email you a product RMA (Return Material Authorization).
Products that are authorized to be returned to GME must include the following:
- RMA form, fully completed
- A copy of your proof of purchase
- The faulty product, including all accessories

2.7 If we determine that your warranty claim is valid, we will pay for the cost of returning the repaired or replaced goods to you and reimburse you for your reasonable expenses of sending your warranty claim to us.
- What this warranty does not cover
This warranty will not apply in relation to:
(a) goods modified or altered in any way
(b) defects and damage caused by use with non GME products
(c) repairs performed other than by our authorized representatives
(d) defects or damage resulting from misuse (including use outside of the
specifications or requirements applicable to the product), accident,
impact or neglect
(e) goods improperly installed or used in a manner contrary to the relevant
instruction manual
(f) goods where the serial number has been removed or made illegible
(g) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed
to diminish over time
(h) defects caused by general wear and tear
IN NO EVENT WILL GME BE LIABLE IN A CLAIM FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- Warranty period
4.1 We provide the following warranty on GME products. No repair or replacement during the warranty period will renew or extend the warranty period past the period from original date of purchase.
